Purpose is to manage the production of world-class visualizations of products for market-ready imagery, photography, animation, or video. Responsible for applying expert knowledge in leading client engagements to co-lead assignments internally, and lead client relationships externally. The role will report to the Studio Manager and partner with the client service & other creative leads on engagements. The position is based in Chicago, IL.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Expert knowledge in leading engagements (what your craft is)
Briefing: Partner with client to develop brief for all projects
Strategy: Partner with creative and client-service teams to develop the engagement strategy
Deliver: Responsible for the delivery of deliverables to client
Co-lead assignments (how you apply your craft internally)
Tasks: Partner with client service to properly resource projects
Connect: Understand diverse workflows and integrate work streams
Workflow: Suggest process enhancements to improve quality or optimize workflow
Lead client relationship (how you apply your craft externally)
Contact: Consistent point of contact to clients
Present: Lead the presentations to clients in partnership with creative and client service
Service: Build client-relationship and drive organic business development

Comply with sgsco EH&S policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Keep work area organized and clean.
Work additional hours when necessary to meet client expectations.
