Client Service - Account Manager
We are seeking a talented Client Service Account Manager to join our fast growing Chicago team that creates world-class visualizations of products for market-ready imagery, animation or video. The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience in a marketing-related agency environment, with an understanding of translating client needs into actionable creative projects the candidate would manage with creatives.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Intermediate knowledge in workflow management (what your craft is)
Brief: Partner with producer to define project opportunities, objectives, and success criteria for engagements
Plan: Build and manage accurate project schedules
Organize: Organize and maintain digital and physical assets for engagements
Support production workflow (how you apply your craft internally)
Workflow: Single point of contact for all project-€related timelines and status updates to team
Resourcing: Effectively task team members to keep projects moving efficiently
Communicate: Source, gather, and distribute digital and physical assets to team
Support servicing client (how you apply your craft externally)
Updates: Provide accurate real-€time status of projects to clients and anticipate client-€needs
Presentation: Build and maintain framework for client presentations when appropriate
Service: Assist Producer, or Client Service Director, and in building client relationship
Comply with all sgsco standards, applicable regulations and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
Comply with sgsco EH&S policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Keep work area organized and clean.
Work additional hours when necessary to meet client expectations.
